BDE (Business Development Executive)

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) for WING GLOBAL IT SERVICES PVT LTD, your primary responsibility will be to secure new projects by bidding on online marketplaces such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru. Your role will involve crafting compelling proposals, communicating with clients, negotiating project terms, and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively search for and identify relevant projects on online platforms - Create persuasive proposals tailored to meet client requirements - Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients to understand their needs - Negotiate project terms to secure contracts and maximize revenue - Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships - Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery - Monitor bidding activity and track key performance indicators - Stay updated on industry trends for identifying new business opportunities Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in online bidding platforms and CRM software - Effective time management and organizational skills - Experience in sales and business development - Understanding of digital marketing technologies is a plus - Ability to analyze data and market trends In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, WING GLOBAL IT SERVICES PVT LTD offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
