About the Company

We are a fast-growing IT services company specializing in Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing. Our team works with clients globally to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-quality technology solutions.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (LinkedIn BDE) who can effectively use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach strategies, and professional networking to identify and connect with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other automation tools to identify potential clients.
  • Craft and send personalized connection requests and messages to decision-makers.
  • Build relationships with prospects, understand their business requirements, and pitch suitable IT services.
  • Schedule online meetings and coordinate with the technical or sales team for client discussions.
  • Maintain proper lead tracking using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and conversions.
  • Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities on LinkedIn.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a LinkedIn BDE / Lead Generation Executive / IT Sales Executive.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to write engaging connection messages and proposals.
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and target-oriented individual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
