Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join Intellysis Digital. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals who are eager to build a career in IT sales, client acquisition, and global business development.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and supporting the sales pipeline for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn, email, online platforms, and databases
• Initiate outreach through cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales documents
• Maintain and update CRM and lead tracking systems
• Follow up with prospects and support deal closures
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Stay updated on IT industry trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong willingness to learn IT services sales and business development
• Good research and internet sourcing skills
• Confident, proactive, and result-oriented mindset

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Internship or academic exposure to sales, marketing, or IT
• Basic knowledge of IT services or software development
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or CRM tools
