About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Executive Assistant to the CEO to support daily operations, communication, and coordination.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have excellent communication and writing skills, are organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, global work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the CEO’s email inbox professionally and efficiently
  • Draft, review, and respond to emails and business correspondence
  • Handle calendar management – schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups
  • Maintain meeting notes (Minutes of Meetings) and action trackers
  • Use Excel for reports, data entry, and task monitoring
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Strong email writing and business etiquette
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and calendar tools
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Confident, proactive, and eager to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
