BDA (Business Development Associate)

Position: New / Replacement As a business development associate to join our team. Your role will be to attract new clients and build solid relationships while maintaining existing relationships. You will also market research, develop business strategies, and identify new opportunities for the company.You will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development. Responsibilities: • Create and maintain client relationships with a focus on growing new business. • Cultivate strong relationships with all clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. • Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database. • Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies. • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies. • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required. • Identify new business opportunities and partners. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients. Key Performance Metrix : • Sales Revenue • Sales Growth • Cost of Customer Acquisition • Customer Net Promoter Score • Lead To Client Conversion Rate • Client Loyalty • Retention Rate • Attrition Rate • Customer Lifetime Value Requirements and Qualifications: • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing • Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales or a similar role • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software • Ability to overcome objections and manage time effectively • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients • Strong presentation skills • Ability to quickly learn and use new technology • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to work well in a team and independently

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
