BD & Sales - Manager

As a Lead Generation & Conversion professional, you will take charge of the end-to-end sales pipeline for both inbound and outbound sales efforts. You will be responsible for carrying monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, aiming to not only meet but exceed them. It is imperative to accurately forecast sales performance based on the existing pipeline, product improvements, and market trends. Additionally, you will be expected to gather marketing intelligence from customer feedback (VOC) to contribute to the product features" roadmap. Building long-term relationships with customers and partners is crucial in ensuring customer success, driving referrals, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Defining your performance metrics and diligently tracking progress will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also need to coordinate sales efforts within your team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for mentoring, inspiring, and empowering your team through training, performance management, and creating growth opportunities. Requirements: - Graduate/MBA (Preferably from Premier Institutes) with experience in B2B Sales & Customer Relationship Management in Edtech/ITeS/SaaS or related verticals. Global work experience in Sales is preferred. - Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to understand the broader business implications of decisions. - Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a focus on clear and concise communication. Excellent networking abilities with meticulous attention to detail. A flexible and self-driven team player with a data-driven approach. Experience: 3 - 9 Years Salary: 8 Lac To 12 Lac P.A.
