• Actively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Initiate engaging conversations that identify customer pain points and position our solutions.
• Independently generate leads through multiple channels including databases, social media (especially LinkedIn), events, and referrals.
• Use data mining techniques to build accurate and relevant prospect lists.
• Maintain and update CRM. Leverage lead generation tools for data extraction and outreach.
• Utilize LinkedIn for advanced prospecting, networking, and lead nurturing.
• Publish or share meaningful content to build personal and company credibility
• Own the follow-up process end-to-end from first contact to closure.
• Maintain a structured pipeline and report progress weekly
• Create accurate and timely proposals.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing business contracts
• Work with a clear understanding of sales targets and what it takes to achieve them.
• Show urgency, ownership, and creativity in hitting KPIs.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and databases
• Ability to research and identify business opportunities independently • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
• Well-versed with LinkedIn as a sales tool (not just a resume platform)
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of contract structure and sales documentation
