BD Account Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Account Manager to nurture and expand our relationships with existing India-based clients. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of technical understanding, commercial savvy, and interpersonal skills to drive client satisfaction, revenue retention, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across India.
• Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and identify new needs or challenges.
• Collaborate with delivery and product teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client objectives and aligning Stack solutions.
• Prepare account reviews, status updates, and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor to client teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or delivery management in the tech or AI space.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, data engineering, and enterprise technology services.
• Proven ability to retain and grow client relationships with measurable revenue impact.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, account planning, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in sectors like BFSI, Healthcare, or Retail.
• Exposure to AI-first platforms, analytics projects, or enterprise product delivery.
