🧾 Job Summary:

We are looking for professionals experienced in US Mortgage processes to handle end-toend

mortgage loan operations including processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing, and

servicing. The role requires a strong understanding of US mortgage guidelines, attention to

detail, and excellent communication skills.

Location: Chennai(Teynampet)

Face to Face interview only

Timing: 11-12 Clock or 1:30 to 3:00 pm

Education: Any Degree (Excluding BE/B.Tech)

Key Responsibilities:

Mortgage Processing:

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy

• Order and verify documents (credit reports, appraisals, income statements, etc.)

• Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, and third parties Underwriting

Support:

• Assist underwriters in reviewing borrower eligibility per Fannie Mae, Freddie

Mac, FHA, or VA guidelines

• Ensure compliance with lending policies and risk assessments Closing &

Post-Closing:

• Prepare closing documents and validate settlement statements

• Perform final checks before disbursal

• Audit closed loans for compliance and documentation accuracy Mortgage

Servicing:

• Handle loan payments, escrow analysis, tax & insurance tracking

• Address borrower inquiries related to loan servicing

• Manage delinquency and loan modification workflows

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of US Mortgage Life Cycle (Processing, Underwriting, Closing,

Servicing)

• Familiarity with US Mortgage Guidelines – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA,

VA

• Experience with mortgage software platforms (e.g., Encompass, Calyx, LOS,

MSP)

• Strong understanding of TRID, RESPA, TILA regulations

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving ability

• Time management and multitasking
