About the Role:

BC/NAV Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
• Configure and customize BC/NAV modules with a focus on

  manufacturing, production planning, inventory, and supply chain

  processes.
• Develop and deploy extensions, customizations, and integrations using

  AL, C/AL, APIs, and SQL Server

• Perform

  gap-fit analysis

  , document functional/technical specifications, and recommend process improvements.
• Handle data migration, system integrations, and reporting (Power BI, Jet Reports).
• Conduct testing (unit, system, UAT), troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing post-implementation support.
• Support upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning of BC/NAV environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery in a

  remote UK shift

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a

  BC/NAV Techno-Functional Consultant

• Strong hands-on expertise in

  manufacturing modules

  within BC/NAV.
• Solid understanding of both functional workflows and technical customization.
• Proven ability to work in client-facing roles, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
