DETAILS : ● Job Title: Sr. Batch/Training Coordination ● Website: https://www.henryharvin.com/ ● Location: B-12, Sector-6, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Nearest Metro Station: Sector -15) ● Working Days: 6 days/week ● Working Duration: 8.5 hours shift including the 30-minute lunch break ● Shift & Weekoff: UK shift & Rotational Week off ● Department: HR Operations ● Type: Permanent Job, Full-Time ● Perks: Flexible Timings, Flexible Weekly Offs, Attractive Salary + and more. REQUIRED SKILLS: ★ Candidates must have good tools, knowledge, and expertise in the tools of scheduling meetings and operations. ★ Candidate must be skilled in Operations and Coordination Roles & Responsibilities of Sr. Training/ Batch Coordination Executive ❖ Check Trainers Group: Reviewing the trainer WhatsApp group messages for writing style, language, and clarity. Identifying information about trainers, their classes, participants, and payments ❖ Allocate Trainers: Verifying trainer availability by sharing the schedule from batch management and checking the classes scheduled for each day. Copying the schedule, sharing it with the trainers, and confirming their availability before assigning them to batches in the CRM ❖ Manage Batches: Ensuring trainers are allocated for all scheduled batches throughout the week. Communicating class schedules clearly to trainers and obtaining written confirmation via WhatsApp. Assigning trainers to batches in the CRM accordingly ❖ Resolve Issues: Addressing class-related problems such as trainer or participant no-shows, Zoom link issues, trainer unavailability, pending payments, missing recorded videos or demos, timing slot changes, and course and curriculum issues. Updating the curriculum by collaborating with trainers and coordinating with the Production team (Shubham or Kaushal). Handling LMS-related problems, including outdated content or inaccessible LMS ❖ Extending Classes: Extending classes in the CRM for batches whose sessions were previously canceled or where trainers couldn't join ❖ Process Training: Providing training to new HR ops team members on overall training management processes, including batch management, trainer coordination, CRM functionalities, and scheduling ❖ Managing Trainer and Class Coordination: Supervising trainer coordination, allocation, fulfilling trainers' requirements, and overseeing all other domain-related functionalities ❖ Conducting Interviews: Conducting interviews for trainers and candidates as needed ❖ Team Management: Assigning academies to teams and ensuring all academy batches are aligned with trainers if required.
