Basketball Coach(Part Timer)

A part-time basketball coach develops players' fundamental skills, designs practice and game strategies, monitors player progress, and fosters a positive team culture. Responsibilities also include scouting opponents, providing individual feedback, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with organizational rules and regulations. The role requires being a motivational role model, collaborating with the head coach and athletic staff, and potentially assisting with recruiting and team logistics. Key Responsibilities

• Player Development:Instruct players on fundamental skills, tactics, and techniques; create individualized development plans; and provide constructive feedback.
• Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement practice plans, design offensive and defensive strategies, and make in-game tactical decisions.
• Team Management:Monitor player well-being and performance, manage team logistics like practice and game schedules, and assist with equipment management.
• Coaching & Mentorship:Serve as a positive role model, motivating players and instilling discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Scouting:Evaluate opponent performance to develop effective game plans.
• Administrative Tasks:Handle tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and assisting with budgeting and administrative duties.
• Compliance:Adhere to and ensure team compliance with league, conference, and organizational rules and regulations.
• Collaboration:Work with the head coach and other athletic staff to manage all aspects of the program and achieve team goals.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basketball Expertise:A strong understanding of basketball strategy, techniques, and player development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,383.57 - ₹22,350.38 per month
