Our bartenders are more than drink makers — they’re vibe curators, mood shifters, conversation starters, and sometimes, the best listeners in the house.

You should feel comfortable talking to absolutely anyone — tourists, locals, first-timers, regulars, expats — and make them feel seen. We love accents, we love individuality, and we want people who are confident in their skin.

Looks matter — not in a shallow sense, but in how you present yourself. Sharp, stylish, comfortable in your own vibe — someone who stands behind the bar like they own it.

You must have a natural command over English — we’re a coastal crowd with guests from all over the world, and being able to connect easily is key. If you have an accent that turns heads, even better.
