Bartender

We’re looking for a capable and dependable Bartender with solid foundational knowledge in both coffee and cocktails, who can confidently handle day-to-day service, prep, and guest interaction. You’ll support the Senior Bartender in maintaining bar quality and systems while continuing to grow your own skills and responsibilities.

This is a service-first, hands-on role with growth potential for someone who’s looking to step up in both skill and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all beverages to spec, including coffee, cocktails, and fresh juices
• Assist with daily prep: syrups, juices, garnishes, batch mixes, espresso dial-in
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and guest-ready bar during and after shifts
• Follow all SOPs and recipes accurately and consistently
• Support junior bartenders and barbacks during service
• Contribute to inventory tracking and restocking routines
• Communicate effectively with FOH, kitchen, and bar team
• Learn new recipes and techniques as part of ongoing training
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and equipment care standards

What We’re Looking For

• 1.5 to 3 years of experience in a professional bar setting
• Competent in basic coffee and cocktail prep, with solid service instincts
• Comfortable handling prep and maintaining mise en place
• Clean, organized, and calm under pressure
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and support the team
• Good communication and guest interaction skills
• Positive attitude and reliability during shifts

Bonus if you have

• Experience with batching or clarified cocktails
• Barista-level espresso and milk steaming skills
• Worked in a high-volume café or cocktail forward bar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
