You are someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is quick to learn new drink recipes, and takes pride in delivering top-notch service. Whether you're prepping for service, assisting during busy periods, or restocking inventory, you approach every task with a positive, can-do attitude.

YOUR TEAM

WHO YOU WILL REPORT TO

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Bar Preparation

  : Assist in preparing the bar area before service, ensuring that all supplies, ingredients, and tools are ready for use.

• Cleanliness & Organization

  : Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized bar area in accordance with health and safety standards.

• Inventory Management

  : Monitor bar stock levels, restock supplies as needed, and inform the Senior Bartender or Manager when inventory is low.

• Guest Service

  : Assist in taking orders, serving drinks, and ensuring timely, attentive service to guests during busy periods.

• Collaboration

  : Work alongside other bar staff, servers, and kitchen teams to create a seamless service experience.

• Knowledge Development

  : Stay updated on drink recipes, mixology trends, and enhance your knowledge of beverages to improve service.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Previous Experience

  : Some experience in a bar setting is preferred, especially with point of sale (POS) systems.

• Communication

  : Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

• Pressure Handling

  : Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during high-volume service times.

• Guest-Focused

  : Strong attention to guest needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

• Teamwork

  : Able to work well with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, positive environment.

• Adaptability

  : Flexibility to adjust to the fast-paced nature of a busy restaurant and bar.
