Job Description

Barista Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Coffee Crafting: Brew and prepare a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring quality and consistency. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, engage with customers, and cater to their preferences. Workspace Maintenance: Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well-stocked, following health and safety guidelines. Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about coffee blends, menu items, and seasonal offerings to assist customers effectively. Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately, handle cash responsibly, and manage the point-of-sale system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Training and Development: Attend and participate in training sessions to enhance coffee knowledge and barista skills. Adaptability: Handle peak hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications: Previous barista or customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented setting.
