Follow standard recipes for both hot and cold beverages. Learn and prepare mixology drinks (coffee-based and non-coffee). Maintain taste and presentation consistency for every cup. 2. Customer InteractionGreet customers with a smile and take orders politely. Help them choose drinks or desserts. Handle feedback or complaints calmly and professionally. Make sure customers leave happy with their experience. 3. Cleanliness & MaintenanceKeep the coffee counter, equipment, and workspace clean at all times. Clean the espresso machine and tools at the end of each shift. Refill milk, beans, and other ingredients as needed. 4. TeamworkWork closely with kitchen staff for smooth order flow. Help in setup before opening and cleanup after closing. Support teammates during rush hours. 5. Responsibility & AttitudeBe punctual and maintain proper grooming.
