We are seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee and manage all banquet operations, ensuring the highest level of service for our clients in Malta/Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing banquet events, leading a team, and delivering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute all aspects of banquet events, ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to create and manage banquet menus that meet client needs and preferences.
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, including decorations, seating arrangements, and audiovisual needs.
Train, supervise, and mentor banquet staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain professional standards.
Communicate with clients pre- and post-event to ensure their expectations are met and gather feedback for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

3-9 years of experience in banquet management or related hospitality roles.
