Role Summary
The Banquet Manager is responsible for planning, organising, and supervising all banquet and event operations within the hotel. This role ensures flawless event execution, guest satisfaction, staff coordination, budget control, and adherence to brand standards. The Banquet Manager works closely with Sales, F&B, Culinary, and Events teams to deliver exceptional experiences for corporate functions, weddings, conferences, and special events.
