Job Description

Key Resopnsibilities: Collabrate with customers to understand their requirement and plan banquet events accordingly. Ensure high-quality service nd customer satisfaction during events. Oversee inventory of beverages and banquet supplies. Control costs and work within the alloacted evevt budget. Coordinate with Chef for menu planning. Create event schedules and assign tasks to staff. Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the banquet hall. Train and motivate banquet team members. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management. A minium of 5 to 8 years of experience in planning and managing events. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
