Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Banquet Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of banquet operations at our property. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in hotel hospitality and event execution. This role requires excellent organizational, customer service, and team management skills to ensure the seamless delivery of events and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all banquet events from setup to breakdown.
• Liaise with clients to understand event needs and ensure all requirements are met.
• Collaborate with the sales and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event planning and service.
• Lead, train, and schedule banquet staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Monitor event timelines, guest satisfaction, and overall event success.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage banquet inventory including linen, equipment, and supplies.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in cost control and monitor banquet department budgets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hotel industry, specifically in banquet or event operations.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with event management software or hotel POS systems (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
