Salary: 25,000 30,000 CTC per month

Location: Cantonment, Varanasi

Job Summary:

The Banquet Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of a banquet or event, including set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service.

Banquet Manager is also responsible for making sure that all the clients needs are met and the event runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to plan and discuss the details of events.
• Oversee the set-up of events to ensure all client expectations are met.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality preparation of food.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Manage event budget to ensure profitability.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep records of event aspects, including financial details.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Banquet Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to manage teams
• Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in hospitality or related field preferred
