Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Banquet Manager to lead and coordinate all banquet operations at a reputed hotel in Bareilly. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality management, a keen eye for detail, and excellent leadership skills to ensure successful planning and execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage banquet events such as weddings, corporate meetings, parties, and conferences.
• Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and ensure seamless execution.
• Supervise banquet staff including servers, stewards, and setup crew to maintain service standards.
• Monitor banquet room setup, cleanliness, and ambiance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for smooth event coordination.
• Manage inventory of banquet equipment and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain records of events, budgets, and client feedback for continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or Banquet Captain in a hotel or banquet hall.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems quickly.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
