Banquet Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Manager at RPJ Hotel Rajkot, located in Rajkot. You will oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients, managing staff, and handling food & beverage services. You will also be responsible for hiring and training new staff members, maintaining communication with various departments, and ensuring that all events meet the hotel's standards of service and quality. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, along with excellent Communication skills. Previous experience in Food & Beverage management is required, as well as skills in Hiring and Training staff. Your organizational and leadership abilities will be crucial in managing multiple events simultaneously. Previous experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar role is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.,
