Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase loyalty and retention. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
