What would you do?
You will be managing the team of Banking Operations Analysts and Content Management Specialists: Your key responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Deliver effective business solutions while ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Oversee seamless onboarding and transition processes for new accounts.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of project delivery.
- Coaching and mentoring the team members
- Manage stakeholders by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Maintain sufficient capacity consistently to meet operational demands.
- Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
- Achieving targeted Net Promoter Scores and Intelligent Operations metrices We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model. The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business. - Adaptable and flexible Garnishments / Tax Levies (Non-FIDM) - Processing Non-FIDM Garnishments, levies, receiverships, etc. Deceased Account Holder - Upon notification of a customer s death, validating the documentation of the third party, changing the account status, and remitting funds if needed. Power Of Attorney / Conservatorships / Guardianships / etc. - Upon notification of a third party’s Power of Attorney (etc.), validating the documentation of the third party and assisting with their requests. Law Enforcement Requests / Subpoenas - Verifying and handling incoming Law Enforcement Requests for information. Refund Check - Requesting and validating documents, reissuing previously sent checks, opening BoW claims. FIDM / Child Support - Validating and processing Garnishments for Child Support received from US states Roles and Responsibilities:
