Primary Responsibility:

An Branch Banking supports daily operations, supervises staff, ensures customer satisfaction, enforces company policies, manages inventory, assists with budgeting, and helps meet sales targets. They coordinate with upper management, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to team performance, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity across departments.

Responsibility:

• Oversee day-to-day back office or customer support operations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Address customer queries with a professional attitude
• Ensure smooth processing of KYC and related compliance documentation
• Assist in data entry and system updates
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure timely task completion
• Lead and support junior staff (for managerial roles)
• Set goals, evaluate team performance, and manage workflow.
