Job Description: 

• Sales Generation:

    Driving sales of life insurance products within assigned bank branches and achieving premium targets.   

• Partner Relationship Management:

    Building and maintaining strong working relationships with bank managers and staff to promote insurance products effectively.   

• Customer Engagement:

    Providing customers with comprehensive insurance consultations and solutions, analyzing their needs, and addressing their concerns.   

• Product Training:

    Conducting presentations and training sessions for bank employees to educate them about life insurance products and sales techniques.   

• Lead Management:

    Managing leads provided by the bank and converting them into policy sales through direct interaction with customers.   

• After-Sales Support:

    Providing after-sales service to customers, including assisting with claim processes and handling grievances.   

• Regulatory Compliance:

    Ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.   

• Reporting and Coordination:

    Extracting required reports and coordinating between the bank and the insurance company to facilitate smooth operations.
