Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day banking operations including fund management, reconciliations, and settlements.
Manage corporate banking relationships and ensure smooth transaction processing.
Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and working capital requirements.
Ensure compliance with all banking, financial, and statutory regulations.
Review and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and transaction records.
Handle loan documentation, credit facilities, and liaise with banks for approvals.
Support audits and regulatory inspections by providing required documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Accounts, and Legal) for effective operations.
