Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Banker on Wheel with Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills. Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and goals. Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to senior management. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
