Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Banker on Wheel with 0-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. Provide financial guidance and support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns. Conduct regular customer visits to promote banking products and services. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking operations and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using technology and software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
