Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking or customer service. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of banking products and services. - Proficiency in MS Office and banking software. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service.
