*Job Position Title: Specialist 2 & 3, Transaction Processing Capital Market and Accounting Advisory Services – Assurance – Kolkata

*Responsibilities:

·      Manage transaction processing activities involving deposits, payments, withdrawals, and loan operations for banking clients

·      Utilize transaction processing software efficiently to ensure accurate and timely handling of banking transactions

·      Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to transaction processing

·      Collaborate with team members to resolve processing issues and improve operational workflows

·      Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to transaction processing activities

·      Adapt to varying shift timings and maintain consistent performance across shifts

·      Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team

Mandatory skill sets

·      Graduate or equivalent qualification

·      Proficient in English (reading and writing)

·      Experience in transaction processing, preferably within banking covering deposits, payments, withdrawals, and loan operations

·      Ability to work across shift timings

·      Adept at using transaction processing software

*Preferred skill sets

·      Experience with banking transaction operations and processes

·      Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects in banking transaction processing

*Year of experience required

·      For Senior Processors: 3-5 years of relevant experience

·      For Junior Processors: Up to 3 years of relevant experience

*Educational Qualification

•       Graduate or equivalent

*The shifts are time-bound as follows:

• 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
