Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide product support to customers on LoanIQ platform, ensuring timely resolution of issues and excellent customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions. Assist in loan operations activities such as commercial lending, corporate lending, loan syndication, and servicing. Conduct UAT testing for new features and enhancements in LoanIQ platform. Participate in product development by providing feedback from user experience perspective. THESE ARE NIGHT SHIFTS-6:30PM to 3:30 AM It is a Product Support Role-80% Operations+20% Testing(UAT) and Controlling(Trouble Shooting Issues) exp
