Job Description: Ballast less Track Design Manager Role Summary The Ballast less Track Design Manager leads the design and integration of track components in EPC railway projects, including track slabs, fastenings, turnouts, rails, expansion joints, and buffer stops. The role ensures compliance with UIC, EN, AREMA, and RDSO standards while driving innovation, digital workflows, and seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Track Design & Alignment: Develop horizontal and vertical alignments, optimize track structure, and ensure compliance with technical standards. Track-Structure Interaction & RSI: Address structural dependencies, rail-structure interaction, and regulatory considerations. Noise & Vibration Management: Assess track impact on adjacent structures and human environments, recommending compliance solutions. Collaboration & Coordination: Engage with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure design integration. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Maintain compliance with industry standards and manage technical documentation. Construction Support & Procurement: Provide technical support during execution and assist in procurement strategy.
