Scope

We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Background Verification Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing end-to-end background verification processes, with a strong focus on preparing, reviewing, and delivering high-quality verification reports.

Your role will be critical in ensuring that our clients receive accurate, timely, and confidential verification results to support their hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, write, and deliver clear, accurate, and well-structured verification reports
• Act as a Report Writing and Quality Expert, ensuring reports meet professional standards
• Manage report formulation, review, and timely delivery to clients
• Maintain and update records throughout the verification process
• Coordinate professionally with internal teams and third parties
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy standards

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in background verification or compliance
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
