Backend Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow & Automation Management (Core Responsibility)

• Design, implement, and optimize workflows in

  Zoho Flow, n8n

  and related automation platforms.
• Build logics for lead assignments, deal management, nurturing, and communication flows.
• Automate processes including admission letters, WhatsApp/email nurturing, and reporting.
  

• Marketing Tech Stack Administration

• Manage tools including

  Zoho CRM, Flow, Analytics, Desk, Sign, Knowlarity, Frejun, Truecaller, Wati, Serri, Gallabox

  , and more.
• Ensure seamless API integrations and communication with frontend systems.
• Oversee campaigns, lead nurturing, and assignments through email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  

• Vendor & Third-Party Service Management

• Coordinate with external vendors and 3rd party service providers.
• Handle vendor calls, meetings, escalations, and service-related requirements.
  

• Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with

  counseling and marketing teams

  to gather requirements and configure backend systems accordingly.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports tailored to team needs.
  

• Cloud & Infrastructure

• Manage cloud hosting and domains (AWS, Cloudflare minimal level).
• Handle subscriptions, payments, and renewals for all technology platforms.
  

• Database & Reporting

• Maintain clean and structured databases across platforms.
• Generate insights through analytics, dashboards, and performance reports.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Managing

  Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Flow, Analytics, Desk, Sign, etc.)

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  workflow automation and API integrations

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  WhatsApp/email nurturing, campaign management, and lead distribution

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  cloud and domain management (AWS, Cloudflare preferred)

  .
• Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning for building scalable automations.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and vendor management.
  Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
