Role Overview

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize

  performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Manage targeting strategies to maximize ROI and reduce CAC
• Strong understanding of onsite and offsite SEO
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
• Continuously track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush and other dashboards
• Assist in the creation and execution of full-funnel content and paid strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Monitor platform trends and algorithm updates to adapt campaign strategies accordingly
• Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads & Meta Ads required)
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies
• Proficiency in ad dashboards, Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance tracking tools
• Experience working in a high-growth, data-driven environment

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in EdTech or lead-generation-focused industries
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and marketing automation
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
