The Business Development Executive position at RERA Consultants LLP is a Full-Time role that requires a highly motivated individual to contribute to the companys growth by identifying new opportunities and establishing relationships with corporate clients through phone-based outreach. As a member of the inside sales team, your responsibilities will include generating leads, following up with prospects, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasive presentations. Your duties will involve conducting thorough research to pinpoint potential sales prospects in the B2B sector, engaging in cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate leads, and organizing and conducting phone-based meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and propose customized solutions. You will also be responsible for delivering engaging product presentations over the phone, recording client interactions in the CRM system, preparing sales performance reports, and ensuring clear communication of product and service information to potential clients. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as an Inside Sales Executive or in a similar phone-based sales position, possess a solid understanding of marketing strategies and persuasive selling techniques, and demonstrate self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the capability to build rapport over the phone. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, and knowledge of Tamil or Telugu is required.
