Backend Office Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Backend Office Sales Executive to support our sales team by managing administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in processing orders, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices. Coordinate with customers via phone, email, or chat for order confirmations, queries, and follow-ups. Maintain and update customer database (CRM or ERP systems). Prepare sales reports and assist the team in data analysis. Liaise with logistics, inventory, and accounts departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing. Support field sales representatives with documentation and lead tracking. Respond to sales inquiries and provide product or service information. Track and follow up on leads or prospects generated from marketing campaigns. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly or escalating to the concerned department. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar backend sales or support role. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), CRM tools, and data entry. Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Zoho, Salesforce, etc. Knowledge of basic sales principles and customer service practices. Industry-specific knowledge (optional; e.g., electronics, real estate, B2B, etc.). Work Environment: Office-based, typically standard working hours (Mon–Fri). May occasionally require extended hours during peak periods or deadlines.
