Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Executive to join our operations team in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for handling data entry, maintaining records, managing documentation, and coordinating with field teams for smooth backend operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate records of delivery partners and daily operations. Handle onboarding documentation and data entry in internal systems. Coordinate with field and telecalling teams to ensure smooth processing. Monitor and update attendance, order counts, and payment details. Generate daily/weekly reports for management review. Resolve internal queries related to partner records and documentation. Support administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in backend operations or data entry (freshers with strong skills may apply). Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
