Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller Executive to join our Nagpur team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential delivery partners, explaining our services, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential delivery riders to promote Switch E-Ride’s services. Explain the benefits of joining our platform and resolve any queries they may have. Follow up with interested candidates and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Coordinate with the operations and documentation team to complete the joining process. Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (freshers may also apply). Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (basic English is a plus). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
