Job Title: Backend Executive Location: Panchkula Vacancy: 01 Salary – 15 To 25 K Experience Required: 1–2 years in Electronics / Electrical industry Qualification: B.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Electronics Engineering Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Backend Executive to support our sales and operations team. The candidate should have a strong background in electronics and prior experience in handling backend coordination, documentation, and client communication. Key Responsibilities: Support sales and business development teams with backend coordination. Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documents. Maintain and update customer records, inquiries, and follow-ups. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely execution of orders. Handle email communication with clients and suppliers. Assist in tender preparation and submission process. Ensure accuracy in documentation, reporting, and MIS preparation. Provide technical assistance in understanding product specifications (electronics-related). Skills Required: Good knowledge of electronics products and components. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multitasking. Detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
