About Us

WIN-DOOR MARKETING is a leading organization delivering quality solutions to our clients. We are looking for a Quotation Engineer who will be responsible for preparing RFQs, quotations, cost analysis, and coordinating with clients/vendors to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage RFQs (Request for Quotation) and client quotations.

Collect technical & commercial requirements from clients.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to get the best pricing and lead time.

Analyze costing, pricing, and prepare detailed comparison sheets.

Maintain proper records of quotations, negotiations, and finalized offers.

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure competitive proposals.

Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and clarify queries.

Support tendering, documentation, and contract preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQ, and client requirements.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and cost estimation skills.

Time management and ability to handle multiple RFQs simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or related field.

1–3 years of experience in RFQ / Estimation / Tendering / Sales Support role.

Freshers with strong technical and analytical skills can also apply.
