About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Back-end Engineer to join our fast-growing team and help build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement services that power next-generation financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Work on large-scale distributed systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with Frontend, Mobile, Product, and Data teams to deliver seamless end-to-end features.
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability in backend architectures.
• Implement best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize systems for performance and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Django frameworks.
• Experience building backend services in Go at scale within distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, including: Kubernetes, AWS, gRPC and related tools
• Strong grasp of system design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
