About the Role

Technical Support Engineer (Integrations)

You’ll troubleshoot complex backend connectivity issues, script automation fixes, and ensure seamless integrations across cloud and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve

  integration & authentication

  issues involving REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO (SAML/OAuth/SiteMinder), and Active Directory.
• Diagnose

  data exchange and email infrastructure

  errors.
• Perform

  RCA

  and collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve platform-level issues.
• Assist with

  API configuration, token management

  , and workflow debugging.
• Script in

  JavaScript / Python / Shell

  for automation and testing.
• Work across

  Linux/Unix or Windows Server

  environments.
• Communicate effectively with enterprise customers and document technical resolutions.
  

Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of experience in

  technical/integration support

  (preferably SaaS or Cloud).
• Hands-on with:

  LDAP / SSO (SAML, OAuth, SiteMinder) / REST-SOAP APIs / JDBC / ODBC / Network & Email Infra.

• Strong scripting skills:

  JavaScript / Python / Shell.

• Good knowledge of

  Web Stack, DBs (MySQL/Oracle)

  , and

  OS Admin (Linux/Windows).

• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
  

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to

  ServiceNow Platform

  (IntegrationHub, SSO, Email, Import/Export).
• Experience with

  Cloud Platforms

  – Azure, AWS, GCP, Okta.
• Knowledge of

  ITSM / ITIL / CMDB.

• SaaS Product Support or Software Consulting background.
