Job Description

Develop and integrate APIs with third-party services and platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, and warehouse management systems.
Leverage strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, and CRM systems to support integration and optimization efforts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to document and understand business processes, ensuring alignment with technical implementations.
Conduct data analysis and support the development of business intelligence reports and dashboards.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of web-based applications using PHP, .NET, and JavaScript.
Work with PostgreSQL, Oracle databases to manage data handling, complex queries, and reporting tasks.
Implement analytics and BI tools to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Strong knowledge of retail business
GST rules and implementation
Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (CentOS, Ubuntu)
Manage users, groups, file systems, backups, cron jobs, and shell scripts.
Monitor server performance and perform regular maintenance.
Installation and Configuration of firewalls and VPN.
Implement server hardening, SSH security, and patch management.
Manage DNS, DHCP, routing, and network troubleshooting.
Implement Fail2Ban, SELinux/AppArmor, and intrusion-prevention practices.
Email System (Postfix + Fetchmail + Procmail + Dovecot)
Installation and configuration of Samba Server.
Installation and configuration of Apache.
Install and manage Postfix mail server.
Configure SMTP, POP/IMAP, relay, and smarthost.
Manage DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Install and configure IP PBX systems.
Create SIP extensions, IVRs, call queues, and call routing.
Configure SIP trunks and VoIP providers.
