Role: Accounting Specialist :: Yardi or MRI Location: Hyderabad/Vizag (Work from Office) Duration: Full Time UK Shift: 2-11 PM IST Primary skills: AP, AR, GL, MRI or Yardi Description: The ideal candidate will understand the importance of strong customer service, be highly organized and have a high attention to detail. Position Responsibilities: Responsible for overall accounting and reporting for a portfolio of assigned properties including month-end close, bank reconciliations and GL account reconciliations. Looking for the people who has commercial and Residential property experience. Ensure that monthly financial packages are completed and delivered in a timely manner for review and distribution.Process AR, AP, General Ledger entries, month end closings, bank deposit, and account reconciliation for commercial and residential properties.Significant and frequent interaction with property management staff, vendors and clients.Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing and company standards.
