Role Description

Join our team as a Junior Backend Developer and work on building scalable APIs and designing efficient multi-tenant database solutions. This is a growth-focused, full-time position, ideal for those with 6–12 months experience (including strong internships or project work).

Salary Range

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & build robust RESTful APIs for a multi-tenant B2B platform
• Optimize database schemas (MySQL)
• Implement tenant/resource management, including security and scalability strategies
• Apply caching, query optimization, and best security practices
• Participate in code reviews and technical documentation writing

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong Java, OOP concepts, data structures & algorithms
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot (MVC, Spring Data, dependency injection)
• MySQL database design, indexing & query optimization
• RESTful API design, HTTP protocols, versioning
• Git/version control

Bonus Skills:

• AWS: EC2, RDS, deployment experience
• Event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar)
• Experience in B2B SaaS applications
