Job Description: Node.js & Web3 Developer (MLM + Crypto Projects)

Position: Node.js & Web3 Backend Developer

Experience Required: 1–4 years (must have MLM/referal network project experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Node.js & Web3 Developer with strong expertise in building scalable backend systems, DApp wallet integrations, and blockchain-based applications. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in MLM (multi-level marketing) referral network projects — product-based, investment-based, and crypto-based. Knowledge of AI integrations and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js, Express.js.
• Build and integrate DApp wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.).
• Work on Web3 integrations (smart contracts, tokens, staking, transactions).
• Design and implement MLM/Referral-based systems (crypto projects, product base, investment base).
• Collaborate with frontend developers for smooth dApp user experience.
• Integrate AI APIs/models where required in product workflows.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure transaction flows.
• Debug and resolve issues quickly, ensuring scalability and security.
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) with Node.js & Express.js.
• Hands-on experience in MLM/referal network development (product base, investment base, crypto base).
• Experience with Web3.js / Ethers.js and smart contract interactions.
• Knowledge of DApp wallet integration (MetaMask, WalletConnect).
• Understanding of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, etc.).
• Good knowledge of MongoDB / SQL databases.
• Familiarity with AI APIs and services.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Solidity smart contract development.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Prior work on hybrid projects (AI + Web3 + MLM).
• Knowledge of payment gateway & crypto wallet APIs.
